The $25,000 was given to the CARES Foundation by an anonymous donor; this is the second time an anonymous donor has come forward with this tremendous donation.

Renee Hover, the Foundation representative for the Coldwell Banker Miami Beach office, facilitated the gift that was earmarked for Habitat for Humanity to help pay for another build in the South Dade area.

“Habitat relies on its donors, volunteers, and future habitat homeowners joining together to provide the financial and human resources needed to build affordable homes for qualified, low-income families, and this generous $25,000 donation will certainly help further someone’s dream of homeownership,” said Anne Manning of South Florida Habitat for Humanity.
