The Coldwell Banker Wikle team, which served the Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs area, will join associates from the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT office located at 29 North Pinellas Avenue in Tarpon Springs. The combined operations will relocate to Coldwell Banker Wikleís former Palm Harbor location at 4705 Alt. Highway 19. Sue Flaig, office manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estateís Clearwater office, will oversee the Palm Harbor office.

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate will now have nearly 750 real estate sales associates in the local Tampa Bay market and nearly 5,000 associates throughout Florida, located in 76 offices.
