The survey showed the company sells four times more real estate in Florida than its nearest competitor. Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has evolved into Florida’s largest real estate brokerage with nearly 5,000 sales associates and 76 offices spread throughout Central Florida, Palm Beach, Southeast and Southwest Florida and Tampa Bay with a combined closed sales volume of over $8 billion in 2008.

According to the Brooks Rose Supplemental Awareness Study, October 2007, over 96% of consumers recognize the Coldwell Banker name.
