Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Central Florida Reports Positive Numbers

The Winter Park office reported more sales than listings for the second consecutive month. ěWe are pleased to report inventory in Orange and Seminole Counties is the lowest it has been in two years,î said Lois Rawson, Branch Manager of the companyís Winter Park office. Another office in Central Florida showing positive sales number is the Orlando location in which sales associates have written over 100 new units per month for the last five months. ěThe number of sales tripled from the first quarter in 2008 to the first quarter in 2009,î said Gary Williams, Branch Manager of the Orlando office.
