| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Charles Richardson to Lead Southeast Florida | |
| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced today that Charles Richardson has been appointed the Regional Senior Vice President for the company's Southeast Florida area. Comprised of nearly 1,800 sales associates in 22 offices throughout Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, Southeast Florida is the largest market area for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Florida's largest real estate brokerage company. Richardson assumes the leadership of Southeast Florida, a position formerly held by Gus Rubio, who recently advanced as Executive Vice President of Global Services at Realogy Franchise Group, the leading franchisor of real estate brokerages in the world, including Coldwell Banker.
