| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Nancy Hogan Recognized by Florida Association of Realtors | |
| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that Nancy Barreto Hogan, CIPS, Branch Manager of the company's Coral Gables San Remo office, was recently honored with the 2008 Realtor Achievement Award by the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR). The Florida Association of RealtorsÆ (FAR) is the largest trade association in the state with more than 125,000 members and more than 17,000 member firms.
Hogan was selected for her leadership, commitment and service to the real estate profession, the Realtor association and the community. Hogan, a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB), created a task force and presents seminars throughout Florida in support of the campaign against mortgage fraud. For her work against mortgage fraud, Hogan was selected by the Mayor of Miami-Dade County to direct the Education Committee for the Mayor's Mortgage Task Force. According to Hogan, a veteran real estate professional for 30 years, "It is an honor and a privilege to be selected by my peers for this award." Hogan was appointed to the Florida Real Estate Commission in 2003 by Governor Jeb Bush. Hogan served as Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) during her four year term. She has consistently been named to the board of directors of FAR since 1994 and was elected by her peers as the District 4 Vice President representing Realtors in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.
