| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, the state's largest residential real estate brokerage company, is pleased to announce that Gus Rubio, Senior Vice President, Southeast Region, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, was a featured speaker at the 2008 National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Hispanic Marketing Convention & Expo. Rubio's presentation, titled Overcoming a Challenging Market: Being Proactive, Not Reactive, focused on how to win customers in a challenging market, take away tips for proactively building business and closing the deal. According to Rubio, "The value of this national event is sharing experiences and exchanging ideas with industry professionals." The event took place at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa in Phoenix. Rubio has been a featured speaker at the NAHREP event three years in a row. In addition, Rubio has been invited to speak at several national real estate conventions.
