| Sunbelt Title Agency Expands Role of Henry R. Ensler, Field Attorney for Southeast Florida Region | |
| Sunbelt Title Agency of Florida, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Title Resource Group (TRG), is pleased to announce the expansion of Henry Richard Ensler's role as Regional Attorney for Southeast Florida. In his new capacity, his area of responsibility will encompass Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. A real estate attorney for 15 years, his areas of expertise include real estate closings, title insurance, mortgage closings, contract preparation, real estate education, buyer and seller representation, reverse mortgages, Section 1031 Exchanges, FIRPTA matters and commercial contracts and closings. "Henry continues to be a trusted resource for real estate professionals and consumers. I am confident that his extensive knowledge will help us to further develop and expand our footprint within this region", said Elliot Rose, Senior Vice President for TRG, Southeast Region.
According to Ensler, "I look forward to expanding my role and utilizing my knowledge to deliver exceptional settlement services." Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992, Ensler was approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission in 1996 to teach the FAR and FAR/BAR Contracts classes for the Realtor's Association of the Palm Beaches. Ensler combined his dedication to real estate and his interest in education to develop and teach seminars with unique subject matter including an analysis of the key differences between the Florida approved contracts and an in-depth review of the more complex riders contained in the Comprehensive Riders. |
