| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Longboat Key Office Reports Soaring August Sales | |
| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, the leading firm on Longboat Key, is pleased to announce the number of pending transactions in August was more than twice the total for the same month last year. "August proved to be the third best month year to date, exceeding our most optimistic expectation," said Bob Stanley, Branch Manager of the company's Longboat Key office. Of the 26 sales, all but two sales involved one of the company's exclusive listings. Stanley attributes the string in sales to the ability of his sales team to effectively counsel today's sellers in pricing their properties to meet the needs of informed buyers and stimulate activity. According to Stanley, "On a broader scale, it also speaks to the extensive reach of Coldwell Banker in finding buyers. With an international brand awareness of 96% and the physical presence of Coldwell Banker branch offices in 51 countries, buyers are still plentiful for properties that are competitively priced and skillfully marketed. This is clearly reflected in our 136% increase in business during the summer selling season."
