| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Presents Michelle Kernan with a $1,000 Scholarship Award |
| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that Michelle Kernan, daughter of Chris Kernan, a Sales Associate at the company's Siesta Key office, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship by the Coldwell Banker College Scholarship Program. According to Michelle, "I am encouraged by Coldwell Banker's support of my education and their award makes me want to work harder for my goal to become a physician in the field of sports medicine." Michelle graduated from the International Baccalaureate Program of Riverview High School where she was active in the National Honor Society, a member of the Girls Varsity Basketball Team and helped collect over 1,000 food items for the benefit of the All Faiths Food Bank. According to Chris, "I am so happy and proud of Michelle. I am especially grateful to Coldwell Banker for presenting this award to my daughter." She will attend the University of Notre Dame where she will be on a Pre-Med track with a major in Psychology. "I am thrilled to present this scholarship award," said Marilyn Schott, Branch Manager of the Siesta Key Office.
According to Sue Wolverton, Coldwell Banker Regional Senior Vice President, Sarasota Bay, "Coldwell Banker feels a responsibility to educate and guide today's youth who will be the future of our country. We are very happy for Michelle and are proud that she won this year's scholarship in our Sarasota Bay region." |

| The annual Coldwell Banker College Scholarship Program recognizes the achievement of the children and grandchildren of the company's employees and associates. To be considered for the scholarship, the student must be a high school senior who intends to seek a degree in higher education. In addition, the student must have maintained a 3.2 or better GPA throughout high school. The scholarship program presents a scholarship in each of the regions throughout Florida.
