| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, dedicated a energy-efficient Habitat for Humanity home in Sanford with the soon to be homeowners in attendance. The home, located at 753 Osceola Drive, was dedicated to Tamra Howard and her daughter Taylor. According to Howard, "I am so thankful to Coldwell Banker. I look forward to having a home of our own and being able to provide a great future for my daughter."
