| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Patti Testa Sells Five Homes in Four Weeks for Over $10 Million | |
| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that Patti Testa, a Sales Associate at the company's Fort Myers office, sold five homes in four weeks for $10,214,000 million. "Recent home sales indicate the level of interest buyers are showing in the area," said Testa, a resident of Fort Myers for 13 years. Three of the four homes are located in Gulf Harbour and range in price from $1,075,000 to $5,230,000.
