| Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT is pleased to announce that Anthony V. Migliore, a commercial sales associate at the company's Sarasota office, recently leased the Gammerler Industrial Facility in Palmetto's Gulfcoast Corporate Park to Peek Traffic Corporation for six and a half years.
