The half-hour show tries to get inside the mind of the buyer and the heart of the seller. According to Fox-Smith, a real estate professional for four years, "I look forward to marketing my listing at 9279 SW 136 Circle on behalf of the sellers." Each episode features a property and prospective buyers are secretly videotaped as they express their first impressions. "The 1,548-square foot, 3-bedroom and 2-bath townhouse features stainless steel appliances, crown molding, a patio and balcony, a large master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and a walk-in closet," said Fox-Smith, a resident of Miami for over 20 years. Work begins on redesigning and renovating the home after the homeowners receive advice from a real estate and home decoration expert. According to Fox-Smith, "It has been a unique and fun experience. I believe that the personal dynamics involved will make for some entertaining viewing."
