| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced today that Julio Chagui, a Sales Associate at the company's Pinecrest North office, was ranked 43rd nationwide in transaction sides* in 2006, according to the second annual "Real Estate Top 200," a national sales ranking sponsored by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends. Nearly one quarter of the real estate professionals on the Top 200 list are part of NRT LLC's family of companies.
