| Coldwell Banker's "The Jills" Sell Palm Island Home for Record $16.5 Million | |
| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's The Jills recently sold the highest priced home on Palm Island, 94 Palm Avenue, for $16.25 million. Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg (The Jills) sold Waleed Bin Ibrahim Al-Ibrahim's, 14,000 square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion, which boasts an unobstructed view of a parade of cruise ships and sits on a 1.4-acre lot. The residence was purchased by Sonja Berchtold of Switzerland. The Jills represented both sides of the transaction. According to Hertzberg, "This sale adds further evidence that the luxury market is still hot in South Florida.
