A member of RAMDC for 35 years, Seidel's familiarity with the Realtors' Code of Ethics and interest in arbitration issues led to her appointment as Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee. For 15 years, the committee has reviewed grievance cases to determine if the case deserved a hearing, many of which were personally chaired by Seidel. Additional committees she has chaired include; the Education, Grievance, Orientation for New Members and Realtor-Lawyer committees. Under her guidance, the Coral Gables Sunset office has been the #1 office in the state, has been named a Premiere Office for Coldwell Banker and in 1994, the office was ranked #1 in performance throughout the United States. Seidel is a President's Council Manager for Coldwell Banker, one of five in the United States to have been designated every year.
