| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Cares to Sponsor 1st Annual Golf Tournament at TPC Tampa Bay Event to be Held on Saturday, September 29 |

| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential
Real Estate, will raise money for local charities with the Cares Annual Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 29, at TPC Tampa
Bay. "I am so proud of the effort that our entire CARES team has put into our first annual CARES golfing event in Tampa. We
look forward to raising a lot of money for local charities and having a great day of golf at one of the area's premiere golf clubs," said Cathleen Smith, Coldwell Banker Regional Senior Vice President, Tampa Bay. The event is open to the public. To register, contact Julia Stander at 813-963-1177. Event day registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 29. The donation to play is $150 per person. The event features continental breakfast, 18 holes of golf, lunch, awards presentation and a silent auction. Prizes included a signed Derrick Brooks CARES jersey and a photo. You do not have to play in the tournament to participate in the lunch and auction. Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Cares' mission is to give back to the communities and neighborhoods in which its members live and serve by providing charitable contributions and volunteer support, thus strengthening and reinforcing its commitment to creating a lasting source of unity, hope and vision throughout Florida.
