| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Cares Donates $4,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Lee County Company's Green Initiative Funds Energy Efficient Lighting for Lee County's Habitat for Humanity Homes |

| Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Cares, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida, recently donated $4,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Lee County to provide energy-efficient lighting to Habitat homes. Charles Richardson, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Regional Senior Vice President, Southwest Florida, presented the check to Mike Mansfield, Executive Director, Habitat for Humanity of Lee County. "Funding the purchase of environmentally friendly lighting for Habitat homes in Lee County is an important part of our green initiative. This effort not only helps reduce energy consumption and maintain a clean and healthy living environment, but also helps to reduce the utility bills for those striving to achieve the American dream of homeownership. I am very proud of Bill Barnes and our Southwest Florida Cares team for introducing this outstanding program. Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Cares plans to expand this program across the state," said Richardson.
