On Wednesday, May 30, prior to the start of the convention, Realogy in association with NGLCC, held a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Real Estate Specialist certification seminar at Gold Coast School. The seminar will initially be offered to branch managers, human resources specialists, trainers and marketing staff of Realogy brand companies.

Sessions at the Leadership Summit will include 10 Practical Insights from 100+ LGBT Focus Groups, Corporate America and LGBT Business Community: A "How-To" Plan for Selling the Value Proposition Internally, NGLCC Women's Business Initiative: Women Business Leaders Roundtable, Image Matters: Media Training for LGBT Chambers and LGBT Business Owners. According to Rubio, "With a buying power that will grow to more than $835 billion by 2011 and 76% LGBT having an annual household income above the national average, it is important to understand how to develop and earn the respect of LGBT clients. Knowing that three out four LGBT individuals will change brands when a company exhibits pro LGBT support, Realogy has the presence to become partners with NGLCC and bring this seminar to Florida."
