| Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Announces Robin Webb as Vice President in Charge of Statewide Operations | |
| Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT is pleased to announce that Robin Webb, CCIM, a distinguished veteran of the commercial real estate industry, has accepted the position of Vice President in charge of statewide operations. Presently, Webb is the Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT's Central Florida Region and leads a team of 60 real estate professionals throughout Polk, Orange and Seminole Counties.p> Webb, a veteran with Coldwell Banker for over 14 years, previously worked for American International Realty Group. He will oversee Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT's operations in Florida, including research and resources, education and training programs and policy and procedure initiatives. The company posted nearly $2 billion in closed sales volume in 2005. "I am committed to ensuring that our commercial associates have access to the necessary tools and resources and the best commercial training we can offer them to achieve their career goals. Additionally, I look forward to expanding our commercial presence through a continued focus on organic growth and acquisitions," said Webb, recipient of the 2002 Wilbur Strickland Award for lifetime contribution to commercial real estate.
Webb has been ranked in the Top Five (5) Investment Brokers in Central Florida by the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society, and as the highest volume producer in the Southern Region. He is consistently a top producer for the company's Southern Region, which comprises 14 Southern states. "It is a very exciting time to be involved in commercial real estate. Recognized for his dedication to the real estate industry, Webb has been honored with the Hank Thompson Award for outstanding contribution to the Florida CCIM Chapter, and as Central Florida's CCIM of the Year in 2000. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Institute, the organization that awards the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which recognizes the expertise in commercial and investment real estate. Only 6% of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate professional nationwide hold the CCIM designation. Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT has the more CCIM certified sales professionals than any other real estate network in the nation. Webb has also served as Director for the Florida Association of Realtors and the Orlando Regional Realty Association.
