| Cathleen Smith oversees the operations of 27 offices throughout the Tampa Bay region. She has been active in real estate since 1980. She began her career in Lantana, opened a commercial company with her brother, and then opened a residential company with a partner in Wellington, which they sold to Coldwell Banker. Since arriving at Coldwell Banker, Ms. Smith has served as District Vice President and Regional Vice President in Sarasota-Bradenton, Regional Vice President in Miami-Dade, and now Regional Senior Vice President of Tampa Bay.
Ms. Smith also serves on the Boards for the Florida and National Associations of Realtors. She has been named Realtor of the Year twice at the local level, and received the Inaugural Realtor Achievement Award from the Florida Association of Realtors. She sits on the board of the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Committee of 100 for The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Prior to real estate, Ms. Smith was one of the first women to be licensed as an Optician in the State of Florida.
