| Charles Richardson oversees the operations of 18 offices throughout the Southeast Florida region. He began his real estate career as a residential and commercial sales associate for ten years. He managed a commercial office in St. Petersburg for Merrill Lynch Realty in 1985-1986, then managed five residential offices over the next twelve years for ML Realty, Prudential Florida Realty in St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Naples. He was named as a Regional President with Prudential Florida Realty prior to the sale to St. Joe.
Mr. Richardson served as the Regional President for Arvida Realty in Southwest Florida until the merger with Coldwell Banker. Prior to his appointment as Regional Senior Vice President in Southeast Florida, he was Regional Vice President at Southwest Florida.
One of Mr. Richardson’s greatest moments came when the office he managed in Naples generated the greatest volume ever produced by one office in one month within the entire company at that time. His office also led all offices in the state in productivity per person.
