| Linda Lafferty was named president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Palm Beach in 2004. In her current role as Regional Senior Vice President, she oversees the operations of 24 offices throughout the area.
Ms. Lafferty began her real estate career in 1978, and later owned and operated her own company in the Palm Beach area for several years, specializing in residential sales. With an impressive record of success in sales, management and marketing, she accepted the position of regional manager with Gimelstob Realty in 1990. For several years, she oversaw the growth and operations of 22 offices located throughout the coastal communities of South Florida’s Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties.
In 2002, NRT acquired Florida real estate giant Arvida Realty. As regional manager, Ms. Lafferty was dedicated to ensuring the success of this important union, and under her direction, its sales associates have made Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Palm Beach County’s residential real estate sales leader. The company also leads the local million-dollar-plus market.
Ms. Lafferty has served on numerous committees, including broker-lawyer liaison, professional standards and arbitration, and strategic planning. She holds the CRB designation, and is involved with FIABCI, Women’s Council, and other professional organizations.
