| Clark Toole was named President of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in May 2007. In this role, Mr. Toole oversees all operations in the Broward, Central Florida, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Sarasota Bay, Southwest Florida and Tampa Bay Regions, as well as the Sarasota Home Office, which provides support services to all Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate offices in Florida.
As an exceptional addition to the Florida team, Mr. Toole is, in fact, returning home to Florida from his tenure as President of NRT’s Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Dallas/Ft. Worth, where he created a new sales culture by focusing on skill development at every level of the company’s 19 locations and nearly 1,400 associates.
Previously, he was President of our Florida operations in Tampa Bay and Sarasota Bay, where he oversaw 37 offices and 1,850 sales associates. He is also a past-president of the Clearwater Association of Realtors. Mr. Toole began his real estate career in Florida in 1975.
