Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES continues the 100-year tradition established by Colbert Coldwell and Benjamin Banker of giving back to the community. In the wake of the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, they revolutionized the real estate industry by introducing the principles of integrity, honesty, professionalism and customer service. It is these same principles that we honor today by giving back to the community. Giving back is good business and we believe that Florida's attractive quality of life depends upon the generous support of those who live and work here.

Quick Facts:

Since its inception in 2001, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES has raised over $2 million for local non-for-profit charities and programs throughout Florida.
In Florida, we have sponsored and built 15 Habitat for Humanity homes, with several more in progress.
CARES benefits hundreds of educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts programs and non-profit organizations throughout Broward, Central Florida, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast, Sarasota Bay, Southwest Florida and Tampa Bay.
Many Sales Associates support CARES by donating a percentage from closed sales and many employees also pledge contributions. Our statewide offices hold exciting fundraising events to strengthen and reinforce our commitment to supporting the communities in which we live and work.

Our CARES Mission
Our mission is to give back to the communities and neighborhoods in which we live by providing charitable contributions and volunteer support, thus strengthening and reinforcing our commitment to creating a lasting source of unity, hope and vision throughout Florida.

The CARES foundation is also dedicated to supporting local educational programs and those that assist our communities. Of the total funds raised, a percentage will be contributed to Ronald McDonald House Charities, which assists families whose children are hospitalized. The balance, less administration costs, will be distributed to approved 501(c)(3) organizations within each of the regions we serve.
